Glossy Grape Pop by China Glaze

Ay bay bay! I thought of purple this morning. Grape Pop is from CG's Up and Away collection spring 2010. She is so glossy and the perfect regal purple. Not too red, not too blue, just rich playful purple on the nail. I remember Scrangie writing that purple is hard to photograph, always comes out blue on screen. And she is so right. This is such a fun hobby though, trying to capture accurate colour of polishes with my little shizen camera. Talk soon love!

China Glaze Peppermint Cuticle Oil

This little guy is so cute! CG Peppermint Cuticle Oil givese my nails a fun minty scent and leaves my nail beds super soft. It applies like a drink of water for your cuticles. The applicator is a strudy plastic tube at the end of the wand that deposits the perfect amount for one nail after each dip. Here's a fun festive treat for yourself: apply this peppercuticle oil to your unpolished, filed nails right before bed and massage each nail bed with hand cream. It is relaxing and your nails will be pretty and plump the next morning.

I love the colour of the oil in the bottle, looks like grenadine. I need to find a juicy, translucent red jelly shade like Pepper Cuticle Oil this in a polish. Until next time Love!

Enchanting Gem by Nubar

Happy Caturday! I hope you had a nice week. It's the beginning of December and I am in the mood for winter romance. So I had fun shooting the beautiful Gem by Nubar against this blushing cyclamen plant. I wanted Gem because she plays on the greige trend, but with amazing chunky holo glitter. Plus she's a fun grey and pink duo chrome!

I bought several shades from Nubar's Prism collection last summer. I usually notice tip shrinkage with these polishes. Plus the Numbar website does not ship to Canada so I had to buy them on eBay for an inflated price. But who cares! Look at that holo rainbow in the sunlight...

Twinkly China Glaze Riverter Rouge

What a classy fall colour from China Glaze's Vingtage Vixen collection for fall 2010. Riveter Rouge is a noticeable silver glitter suspended in a rich red shimmer base. Jenny and I both bought this entire collection. We just love the wide range of fall shades. Any of the Vintage Vixen colours can give almost any outfit an autumn feel. Thank you China Glaze and keep on rockin' it!

Scaly and special Zoya Ivanka

I love Ivanka! She is from Zoya's Sparkle collection for summer 2010. Ivanka is one of my favourite polishes I own; I love her green sparkly texture and radiance.

Finally I was able to be with the sun today. I have been waiting all week for Saturday. I work full-time days and it gets dark early this time of year in Ontario, Canada. The sun sets at 5 p.m. I rushed home one day at 4 p.m. to take a picture for nicenailgame, but the scarce sunlight didn't do the product justice. I love our four seasons though, in fact Beet and I are planning a winter wedding! I am so thankful for this sunny Saturday right now! Thanks for checking out my nice nail game, until next time!

China Glaze Awakening autumn moon

I've been enjoying and appreciating China Glaze's Awakening collection released this Fall 2010. Beet and I are into the vampy show Tru Blood (Eric!) and, as a lover of dark-sided things, this collection pleases me very much. I've been keeping this set on my vanity for the romantic graphic design on the packaging which houses these harvest shades.

My sister Jenny was always crushing on shades like CG's Fortune Teller and Spellbound, so recent Ick-A-Body (orange glitter) is special to us. I plan to wear it all winter. I want to post photos of these shades as I wear them again in real life. I wish I had been taking pictures this whole time. I can't wait to rock Zombie Zest (olive green) as an earthy Christmas mani. Mummy May I is so cute and unique in my collection because of how it's hot purple glitter pops in that black jelly.

So delicious overall. Take care and have a great night!

Dirt bike 101: Dorothy Who? over Frostbite

Wow check out Jenny's rockin' China Glaze mani to match her man's dirt bike. Jenny's on top of her nail game even while riding with the boys! Jenny remarks "the Frostbite underneath turned Dorothy Who? electric".
